Little Chelsea Makeover

Apply makeup to little Chelsea for her day out at the swimming pool. She's going to spend the whole day in the sun, bathing in the pool, but apart from sun cream, she wants to be beaming. To do so, Chelsea needs our help to make her up, but obviously with water-resistant products.
