You have to help this women that is giving birth to multiple children. You have to manage to make the babies fall in to the prams that appear from the side. Use the cursor keys to move left and right, and press 'X' to launch the babies, and 'Z' to give her gas to make the babies to reach further. The more babies that you get into the prams the more points that you will receive.
