Gastro Run

In Gastro Run you have to help the game's main character to go to the toilet regularly. For such purpose you have to travel through his intestine to reach the exit as you build up your score and dodge all sorts of obstacles, including evil amebas. Make sure you reach the end as soon as possible to relieve his constipation.
